What registering your support is not

It is not a payment, and it is not a promise to pay. No money is collected at this stage — none at all. It is not the purchase of shares, an investment, or a financial product of any kind. And it carries no legal obligation whatsoever. You are lending your voice to a cause, nothing more — and nothing less.

So when would money ever be involved?

Not now, and not until everything is properly in place. There will one day come a stage when capital is raised to build the bank — but only after the groundwork that protects you has been completed, and in the right order. Specifically, that stage would only begin once:

• Every regulatory approval and licensing requirement has been met, through the proper authorities.
• A formal, lawful investment structure has been established, so that anyone taking part does so under real protection.
• The full legal documentation has been prepared and made openly available for the community to examine.
• Every supporter is contacted individually, told exactly what is being offered, and given a free and unhurried choice about whether to proceed.

No one will ever be asked to commit on trust alone. When the time comes, you will be asked to decide on the strength of what you can see for yourself — and never before.

Why we are so careful about this

We are building an institution whose entire purpose is to be trustworthy. An institution like that cannot cut corners at its very beginning, least of all with the community it is meant to serve. So we would rather move carefully and honestly now than quickly and carelessly with your future. That patience is not a delay in the work — it is the work.
